Bonds
issued for the purpose of compensating the selective credits
of the national bank of republic of macedonia
The
Bonds issued for the purpose of compensating the selective
credits of the National Bank of Republic of Macedonia were
issued at 3/16/1995 by Republic of Macedonia, according to the
Law on recovery and reconstruction of the Banks in republic of
Macedonia (official Gazette of RM no. 14/95). They were
registered at the Central securities depository AD Skopje at
6/1/2006.
The
total amount of the bonds concluding 4/30/2006 is
1,039,318,481.00 denars and they are unlimitedly transferable.
The
payment of the nominal value is
due on April 1, 2020. There is no interest calculated
on these bonds.
