Bonds
issued for the resumed claims of Stopanska Banka AD Skopje
The
basis for the issuance of this Bond was the Law for
guaranteeing the investment of the strategic investors and to
resume specific claims from end users by Republic of
Macedonia, in Stopanska Banka AD Skopje.
According
to Art. 94 of
the Securities Law (Official
Gazette of Repablic of Macedonia no. 63/00) and the Listing
Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange the Bonds were listed
on the official market of the Stock Exchange.
The
Bonds are with interest calculated by quarterly EURIBOR plus 1
percent point. The nominal value and the interest are paid out
in a period of 14 years, in 56 quarterly instalments. The
instalments are due each year at 31 of March, 30-th July,
30-th September and 31 of December, starting from March 31,
2001, concluding at 31 of December 2014.
The
issuer of the Bond is Republic of Macedonia.
The
payment assets are obtained from the budget of Republic of
Macedonia.
The
Republic of Macedonia guarantees the payment.
