BONDS for requirements
undertaken from the shareholding company Stopanska Banka Skopje
The fundament on issuance is the Law on investment guarantee for
strategic investors and for undertaking requirements from the end users from
Republic of Macedonia, in Stopanska Banka.
According to Article 94 from the Law on securities (Official Gazette
of Republic of Macedonia No. 63/00) and section XII paragraph 12.05 point (2) from the Rules for
quotation of securities, a demand for bond quotation was submitted to the
First market on the Macedonian Securities Exchange.

поен. The nominal value (principal) and interest are
repaid in the period of 14 years, with 56

рати. The installments for repayment of the nominal
value (principal) and the interest are on 31 March, 30 Jun, 30 September and
31 December, starting from 31 March 2001, until and including 31 December
2014.
The bond issuer is Republic of Macedonia.
The resources for repayment the obligations
on nominal value (principal) and the bond
interest are provided from the budget of Republic of Macedonia.
Republic of Macedonia is guaranteeing on the
repayment of the obligations.
