TARIFF
BOOK
According
to the Law on securities, the Central Securities Depository, for the
services provided to the users of this system, is charging the services
according to the Tariff book approved by the Securities and Exchange
Commission.
The
issuer receives one shareholders book with status including 31 December
free of charge. Also, the services that are not foreseen in the tariff,
like services for which certain tariff is paid are free of charge (exp.
Advices on maintaining securities accounts for the shareholders, issuing
certificates with the needed content if needed during court and
administrative procedures, and reports with general data on the issuer
and the issued shares etc.)
