RULES, REGULATIONS, INSTRUCTIONS, INTER-INSTITUCIONAL AGREEMENTS
The CSD Rules, CSD Instructions and the standard agreements concluded between the CSD and its participants/users are an integral part of the legal framework for the CSD.
The rules and instructions contain the detailed procedure and sequence of recording data in the CSD system.
Besides the Rules that has been passed by the SEC, also the existing regulation about the current state bond is part of the legislation for the CSD.
