LAW ON TRADING COMPANIES
In Art. 1 of the Law on Securities it is stated that for matters, which are not regulated in the Law on Securities, the Law on Trading Companies shall apply.
The law regulates the founding of the joint-stock companies, types of shares, managing of the joint-stock companies, mergers, splits, increase and decrease of the basic capital, payments of dividend and termination of the joint-stock companies. These are the general rules for the operations of the joint-stock companies and they are of importance for the CSD operations.
