LAW ON OBLIGATIONS
The Law on Obligations contains a number of articles regarding securities, especially the general provisions about the form of the contracts, the Power of Attorney, a number of provisions directly regulating the securities, transfer of securities, realization of rights arising from securities, the relations between the parties involved, intermediation (brokerage), general provisions about pledge, and the rights and obligations of the parties. However, as the Law on Securities is the Lex Specialis regarding the securities, the provisions of this law should be considered as general rules for the security as an obligatory relation.
