LAW ON BANKRUPTCY
The Law on Bankruptcy is applicable to the companies that are under bankruptcy procedure. The law prescribes the procedure for compensation of the company’s creditors by distributing parts of the company’s assets among them. Sometimes part of these assets may be shares from another company that the company in bankruptcy is owner of. These shares can be subject of transfer in the CSD.
The bankrupt companies will be recorded in the CSD under a special status.
