OF OWNERSHIP BASED ON SECURITIES GIFT AGREEMENT

Gift agreement with a notary seal, seal from Public revenue office, a proof that for the ownership transfer market tax with immovables and rights is paid or that the transfer free of tax charges.

Proof for payment of the tariff for performing the non-trade transfer.

If the agreement refers to legal entities, a copy from the decision from the Statistic office for assigning ID number.
