BONDS for denationalization – first issue
According to the Law on issuing bonds in
Republic of Macedonia for denationalization (Official Gazette of Republic of
Macedonia No.37/02) the manner and the procedure for issuing bonds for
denationalization are regulated as a reimbursement for property that was
already dispossessed by the state.
The decision on First issue of bonds for
denationalization affirms that Republic of Macedonia is performing the bond
issue for denationalization in amount of 2.500.000,00 ˆ.
The bond nominal value is the amount that
the applicant is retrieving as a compensation based on denationalization.
The bond nominal value is repaid in 10
annual installments on 1 Jun, and the first bond installment for the First
issue for denationalization for repayment is on 1 Jun 2003.
The interest is annually 2%. The repayment
of the interest is performed annually on 1 Jun, starting from 1 Jun 2003.
