Compensation agreement with a notary seal, seal from Public revenue office, a proof that for the ownership transfer market tax with immovables and rights is paid.

Proof for payment of the tariff for performing the non-trade transfer.

If the agreement refers to legal entities, a copy from the decision from the Statistic office for assigning ID number.
