CONVERTIBLE CERTIFICATES ON REGULATING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SAVERS
FROM SAVING COMPANIES „ТАТ„ – BITOLA, „ALFA S„
– SKOPJE AND „LAVCI„ - OHRID
The Law on regulating the requirements of the savers from saving
companies „ТАТ„
– Bitola, „Alfa S„ – Skopje and „Lavci„ – Ohrid,
determinates the repayment and issuance of convertible certificates for the
requirements of the savers – physical persons based on saving investments
from saving companies „ТАТ„
– Bitola, „Alfa S„ – Skopje and „Lavci„ – Ohrid, which are
under bankruptcy.
Republic of Macedonia performs the issue of convertible certificates.
The convertible certificates issue is performed in amount of
3.500.000.000,00 denars. This issue comprises the requirements of each saver
with total amount bigger than 1.000,00 ˆ.
Convertible certificates are with personal data and the amount is in
denars.
Convertible certificates can be transferred without any restrictions and
can be traded on the organized securities market.
Convertible certificates can be used during two years time limit starting
with the issuance date. After the overdue of the time limit, the convertible certificates are no
longer valid.
Convertible
certificates can be used in order to buy and repay shares and stakes and
other property that is on disposal of the Agency for privatization in
Republic of Macedonia and other shares in state ownership.
